Build A Better Sandwich

There are a lot of ways to build a clean eating sandwich, because lets face it, who doesn't love a good sandwich!!!

Switch It                             Eat It
White Bread ----------->    Ezekiel bread, whole wheat or grain high fiber bread, pita or wraps
Butter/Mayo ----------->    Hummus, Salsa, Avocado, Mustard, Horseradish
Cheese ---------------->    Goat's Cheese, Laughing Cow Cheese, other soft white cheeses
Dressing --------------->    Salsa, avocado, guacamole, tomato, cucumber, spinach, sprouts, grated carrot,                                            lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, bean spreads
Thing outside the box -->   Try brown rice, quinoa, cous cous or barley in a wrap
