Winter is almost here!

Ok ok, there are a few months left before winter arrives, but it will be here before we all know it.  And with winter comes the onslaught of colds, flu and other bugs.  The flu shot is an option for people who want to ward off sickness, and children, the elderly and pregnant women should probably get this (speak with your doctor), but there are other natural options to help boost your immunity.  Of course eating your fruits and veggies are a good start so that you get your vitamins and minerals.  Garlic is one of my favorite ways as it is antimicrobial and also tastes great added to many of your favorite dishes.  And Dr. John Douillard has a few other helpful tips to help boost your immunity naturally.  Click on the link below to find out how!
