Healthy Shopping Checklist

Go through your pantry and fridge, get rid of the processed, food like substances, and go buy some real food:)

Herbs, Spices and Condiments - rosemary, thyme, oregano, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, turmeric, olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, tamari, balscamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, low sodium broths, mustard, salsa, hummus

Whole grains - brown rice, quinoa, millet, barley, oatmeal, wheat germ

Nuts/seeds/beans - raw almonds, cashes, peanuts, lentils, peas, black beans, garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, natural nut butters

Dried fruit (no sugar added) - raisins, cranberries, cherries, figs, dates

Lean meat - chicken breast, turkey breast, pork loin chops, lean beef cuts

Fruit - apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, goji berries

Veggies - spinach, kale, swiss chard, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, eggplant, sweet potatoes, baby red potatoes, squash, garlic, onions, turnips

Beverages - WATER, black coffee, clear herbal teas

Sweeteners - raw honey, pure maple syrup, brown rice syrup
