Everybody Loves a Burpee - Squat and Burpee Workout



If you need a quick, EFFECTIVE workout, this may be the one for you!!!  It will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and won't take too much time out of your day!!!

Warm Up - 5 movements x 20 seconds each x 2 times
     - high knees, butt kicks, jumping jacks, arm circles, tin man's, walking lunges, etc etc

Workout
     - 1 minute of squats
     - 1 minute of burpees
     - 1 minute of sprinting/running/jogging (treadmill or outside is fine!!!!)
     - 1 minute rest
     - Repeat for 5 rounds and you have a 20 minute workout that will have you huffing and puffing!!!
